Kinetic Theory Founder/Artistic Director Stephanie Abrams is excited to be teaching some international workshops this year. She will be sharing her knowledge and her signature approach to teaching flexibility and artistic development at circus, fitness and dance studios in Germany, Switzerland and Sweden in January and February. She will also be working on some new material of her own, while networking and spreading the KT love around the world!
Simon is a world-class circus artist and acrobat specializing in acrobatic fire staff, an art that combines high-level tumbling and hand-balancing with manipulating a staff lit on fire! Simon’s unique approach to teaching acrobatics incorporates skill work with exploring other elements like movement, tempo and expression. Explore your acrobatic potential or build on your skills as an artist!

Taught by KT’s own make-up and costume diva (and coach) David Garcia, this class will cover all of the basics and a bit beyond. Learn to do it all from natural stage make-up to fantasy creatures! Fee includes a basic make-up kit.

We are very proud to announce Kinetic Theory’s 2nd Annual Student Cabaret! Got a great idea for a new piece? Ready to show your skills to the world? Here’s your chance! Any Kinetic Theory student can perform an original act in any circus related or physical theatre discipline- no audition necessary. We will help you develop your piece and advise you on all of the details!
The shows will be at the end of April.
