UPCOMING EVENTS
Kinetic Theory Theatre has been creating outside-of-the-box physical theatre, circus, and vaudeville shows for over 25 years.
This project has been made possible through support from- The Yiddish Book Center's Yiddish Arts and Culture Initiative for Jewish Communities, The Harold Grinspoon Foundation, The Brattleboro Area Jewish Community (BAJC), The Vermont Jazz Center, and generous individual donors.
We presented our first professional vaudeville/variety show On Stage Live! in 2015 and it was an instant hit. OSL ran monthly in our original Culver City venue and then seasonally in our new West Adams theatre until 2020. In Vermont, KT has produced several vaudeville shows including: Vaudeville Night & Speakeasy Soiree in 2024 at the Vermont Jazz Center and Momento Mori Halloween Cabaret at the Bellows Falls Opera House.

Move over, Mrs. Maisel, A Bissel Borscht Belt is coming to town. A Bissel Borscht Belt is a fun-filled tribute to the Catskills variety shows of yesteryear that truly shaped modern American entertainment. This interactive performance experience filled live music and dancing, comedy, juggling, acrobatics, schtick, spiel, kvetching and cursing will having you kibbitzing, kvelling, and getting verklempt from all the meshuggaas! In other words, you'll have a blast and won't want to miss it!
